-Define the parts of us that tell our stories and how we show up in others stories. 

-Learn how to notice when your ego parts are managing your perspectives.

-Develop inner-listening to support, express and nurture ego from Self energy or Chi or Prana

September 28th | The Soul Sauce

-Learn the basics of applying Ayurvedic principles into the modern day life

-Enjoy a cooling somatic-yoga sequence you can use when you're losing your cool and need relief

October 26th | Restoring the Vagus 

-Learn about the Vagus Nerve's impact on a person's whole sense of well-being

-Apply 3 vagus nerve activating exercises to send waves of self-trust and self-support throughout your mind and body and be re-connected with your soul
